Thank you to all those who participated in our first professional workshop. Here is the recording of the workshop. The handout will be e-mailed out individually.
Reflux, GERD, colic, and nonspecific gas and diarrhea are concerns for many parents of infants and small children. The crying, screaming, and discomfort of a child who has digestive issues can be scary, but the good news is that there are many safe, effective, non-pharmaceutical treatments to help a little one’s digestive system. This seminar will cover the underlying causes of digestive issues in children and options for safe, effective treatments. Treatment options will include a discussion of nutritional supplementation, herbal and homeopathic remedies, and lifestyle changes to help heal a child’s tummy troubles. The association between gastrointestinal issues, antibiotics, and food will also be covered.
